DELIVERY OF GOODS 

         1.         DELIVERY WILL GENERALLY BE WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS  FROM TIME OF ORDER

         2.         IF FLOORKING ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER GOODS FOR ANY REASON, FLOORKING WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE IN FULL.

          3.         CUSTOMERS MAY PICK UP THE ORDER FROM OUR STORE. THERE WILL BE NO DELIVERY CHARGE FOR THIS.

 

         4.         A DIFFICULT SITE FEE AND / OR HAND UNLOADING FEE (FOR LARGE ORDERS) MAY BE CHARGED AT FLOORKING’S DISCRETION.

 

         5.         THE CUSTOMER WILL BE NOTIFIED PRIOR TO THE ORDER BEING PROCESSED, IN THIS INSTANCE.

 

         6.         DAMAGED GOODS OR SHORT DELIVERY MUST BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING, WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS.
